How to Give A Non-Member Member Pricing
You can manually change the status of a non-member (or "user") for your chapter to temporarily give them member pricing by doing the following:
- Log into your back office
- From the back office home page click the Lookup a Member/Non-Member link
- Enter the person's last name and search for them
- On the next screen, click on the member record you would like to edit
- On the following screen, click the Member Pricing Expires . . . link and then click again to Allow Member Pricing
The system will now give this user member pricing for the next 45 days, or until their membership status is updated through an official membership data set, such as a SAMCA upload for APICS chapters.
